CHARACTERISTICS

All steels are produced using modern progressive technology in oxygen converters; the prescribed chemical composition is strictly maintained and fully-killed steels are continuously cast into slabs.
Sheets are rolled on a modern 4-stand or 5-stand mill and galvanized on a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line equipped with the latest technology for zinc coating, resp. zinc iron alloy, leveling, modification of zinc spangle, surface passivation and oiling.

A quality control system in accordance with international standard ISO 9001, issued by TÜV CERT has been implemented as an effective instrument of high quality production and products. Sheets are certified in accordance with Law No. 90/1998 on construction products.

Hot-rolled products in thicknesses of 2,01-2,50 mm and cold-rolled products in thicknesses up to 2,00 mm hot-coated are supplied as:

Coils

wide strips with a rolled width of 600mm and more, supplied in coils

Strips

cut from wide strips, width less than 600mm, supplied in coils

Sheets

sheets cut from wide strips supplied in sheets

zinc (Z) coated and/or zinc iron alloy (ZF) coated

FEATURES

SURFACE TREATMENT

  • C - chemical passivation (Cr3+ content: 30 - 90 mg /m2)
  • O - oiling (0.6-2.5 g/m2)
  • CO - chemical passivation and oiling (coils only)
  • S - thin organic coating (0,8-1,8 g/m2)
  • U - without surface protection (at customer's own responsibility)

COATING FINISH

Products with zinc coating

  • normal zinc spangle, without limitation of zinc spangle size (N)
  • minimized spangle (M)

Products with zinc iron alloy coating

  • normal coating with a dull grey appearance

SURFACE QUALITY

  • coated surface A according to EN 10346:2015
  • improved surface B according to EN 10346:2015
  • surface of best quality C according to EN 10346:2015
