By submitting the form, the Data Subject, in accordance with the relevant applicable personal data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation" or "GDPR"), grants the Controller, U. S. Steel Košice, s.r.o., registered office: Vstupný areál U. S. Steel, 044 54 Košice, Slovak Republic, CRN: 36 199 222, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court of Košice, registration no.: Section: Sro, File no. 11711/V (hereinafter referred to as the Controller) consent to the processing of personal data provided when filling out the contact form (name, surname, contact telephone number, or e-mail, or other, if the Data Subject has indicated them in the text of the question), (hereinafter referred to as "personal data"), until the expiration of the specified retention period of six (6) months from the date of provision or until the withdrawal of this consent. This data shall be used solely for the purpose of responding to the Data Subject's question sent via the contact form. The data provided may be processed electronically.
Providing personal data is voluntary. The Data Subject who provided personal data is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided is correct, complete, up-to-date and truthful and is entitled to provide it for processing in accordance with the Regulation.
Data Subjects have the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, the right to access such data, the right to have incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data rectified or completed, the right to erasure or deletion of personal data, the right to have the Controller restrict the processing of their personal data, the right to data portability and
the right to object, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data.

In case of any questions related to the protection of personal data, the Data Subject may at any time contact the Manager of the Personal Data Protection Process (the so-called Responsible Person or Data Protection Officer within the meaning of the GDPR), who will answer any questions regarding the processing of their personal data or obligations arising from the relevant legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.
