Today we handed over the prizes to the winners of the fourth, penultimate round of the Fit Facts with Sylvia competition. Among other things, they also received aids to maintain balance, the so-called balance boards. Sylvia Hušková explained that they are also good for exercise because all muscles are involved in maintaining balance.

The winners: Mária Duláková, Ján Novák and Daniela Jakubéczyová were pleased with the win. Mária and Ján recently won the competition for tickets to the HC Košice match and Daniela is a regular visitor to the concerts of the State Philharmonic Košice and probably does not miss a single opportunity and invitation to the concert. And once she also won tickets for the Children's Railway.

We were interested in whether our winners exercise, what they do and whether they were interested in our Fit Facts with Sylvia column:

Ján Novák: " I go to exercise regularly, once a week. I play badminton and I like to swim. I follow the column regularly, some of the articles caught my attention. For example, tips for exercising in the office. However, I don't use them in practice, because once you sit down at the computer, you usually forget that you wanted to take a break to exercise, which is also my case."

Daniela Jakubéczyová: " I try to exercise at home, but I lack consistency in exercise."

Mária Duláková: "I like hiking and walks in nature, which is also a good form of exercise. In the section, I was interested in ideas for small exercises that can be done under the table. In the past, at the previous workplace, we had such a good habit that always at ten o'clock a colleague would shout "We're exercising!" and we would shake our heads and shoulders for 10 minutes... It was great.

The last, fifth round of the competition will be published on February 13.
