Our original plan was to prepare a great Christmas Concert for you on the Main Street in Košice, complete with your favorite performers, a fireworks display and guaranteed fantastic atmosphere. Unfortunately, the anti-pandemic measures currently in force do not permit us to do that, so we have prepared an alternative plan. The Concert is going ahead, and we're going to video it and then broadcast it online. You will be able to see it at 8 pm on December 17 on the U. S. Steel Košice YouTube feed, or through the new corporate application X App Košice, which we launched on Monday of this week. 

The program will include performances by popular Slovak artistes. You will be able to hear the most beautiful Christmas songs (and some new ones as well) by Robo Opatovský, ballads and Christmas carols presented by Janais, and a superb a capella group called For You. Two well-known arias will be sung by Košice State Theater opera soloist Maxym Kutsenko. And you will surely want to hear the outstanding violinist Filip Jančík, who will be performing with all of his band.

You will also see four video sequences during the Concert, telling you more about our successful projects named Steelmakers for Košice and We're with you at the right time. The administrator of the U. S. Steel Košice Foundation presents the activities of the Foundation, and you will also see the joy at the prospect of Christmas expressed by the clients of the Uralská Street Center for Children and Families in Košice.
