Since yesterday, there have been two mobile outpatient clinics of the Dôvera insurance company on the premises of our company, as part of a project organized by colleagues from Human Resources and called "Health Days with Dôvera".

Pre-registered employees can thus undergo a so-called "small preventive measure" in the form of health measurements related to skin, eye and cardiovascular health. There was great interest in these examinations, which are carried out by Dôvera in cooperation with the largest network of Dr. Max pharmacies, and the vacancies in the registration form were filled within literally a few days.

Yesterday there were two unmissable, green caravans at the ÚMD canteen, today they provide examinations at the administrative building of the Cold Rolling Mill and tomorrow they will be in the parking lot at the External Relations.

We asked the regional relationship manager of the Dôvera insurance company, Peter Popovič, about what it looked like yesterday: "We are doing great, we have almost no downtime. Of course, it also depends on the results of the examinations and on people's interest in individual examinations. We are glad that your employees are interested in their health and we can guide them based on the results on which outpatient clinic and which specialist they should seek before it is too late. Your employees are most interested in what kind of cholesterol they have, which we see as probably the biggest problem at the moment. In second place is the eyesight and then the skin . Men in particular should take more care of their skin, as they are exposed to various influences in establishments that leave marks on their skin. And within the in-body measurements, we can state higher overweight in many clients who were with us yesterday and today."

People also use the mobile branch of Dôvera, where they can update their data, arrange an insurance card or perform other administrative tasks.

We asked three colleagues who had already undergone some of the examinations and were still waiting for others, how satisfied they were with the fact that the health unit came almost to their workplace (pictured from the left):

Eva Vnenčáková: " I am very satisfied. I learned more new things. They found out what I probably thought – that I should wear glasses. None of them suit me, but I'll have to. I actually already suspected it."

Erik Sládek: " I'm curious about everything. I will undergo all examinations. It is an excellent activity.  I have a day off today, but I came because age cannot be stopped and you need to know your health condition."

Igor Horňák: " I want to undergo all examinations. I have already had an eye examination and it has been confirmed that I have short hands for reading. So you need glasses. I am glad that this activity is right on the premises of the company. It could be every year."
