A man moves around the entrance area almost every day, always walks quickly, hunched over, makes a lightning reconnaissance of the ashtrays, collects cigarette butts, puts them in his jacket and hurries on, to the next ashtray. I don't know what else he's looking for, because today I saw him emerging from the waste container. It was a clear, sunny day, it emerged calmly, it didn't jump out, so it didn't give me any shock.

However, he has been really unlucky with the Public Affairs building for a few days now. The cleaning company has placed a special container for cigarette butts here, which can neither be opened, nor removed, nor emptied... It is an interesting project. The company that owns these containers will regularly empty them and ensure ecological recycling. He will use the cigarette butts in the production of asphalt mixtures.

I feel a little sorry for this butt collector...
