The 4th annual Mentoring program of the company U. S. Steel Košice, which is focused on the development of expertise and leadership in selected groups of metallurgists culmintaed on April 20, 2016.
For their active approach to the program and personal involvement, thanks were given to the mentors of thirty mentored employees by the Vice President for human resources Martin Pitorák and the General Manager for the provision and development of human resources Milan Polča together with their team. Company management identifies mentoring as one of the most important tools which work for U. S. Steel Košice in the development and building of the foundation for future managers and newly-admitted graduates.
