How satisfied were you with the use of the Up benefit card?

1,307 users participated in a survey on satisfaction with the use of the Up benefit card, which was organized by Up Déjeuner through the X App.  Of the total number, 86.4 % were complete responses (1,129).

Two of the three winners drawn are already riding Sharvan electric bikes, the third one will take over her bike next week.

How did the survey turn out?

Almost 60 % of users would recommend the Up benefit card to their friends.  86 % of users are satisfied with the acceptance network.

As many as 1021 users pay with the Up benefit card directly at the merchant, via a payment terminal, 74 at the information desk in the shopping center, 10 on the merchant's website, and only 24 in the customer zone of the Up benefit card.  Up to 40% of users did not notice the sticker at the acceptance point.

As far as the use of the customer zone is concerned, most (513) use the customer zone via a mobile application, 320 others either do not know about it or have forgotten their password.

Our employees who participated in the survey would welcome an expansion of the number of acceptance points, mobile payments, information about the balance, and 150 of them would welcome the opportunity to link the Up card with their payment card.

Current discount in the customer zone

More than half of the respondents are interested in bonuses and benefits in the customer zone. Currently, another special offer for a discounted price for the Sharvan bicycle has been added.
