Today we handed over prizes to the winners of the 5th round of Fit Facts with Sylvia. Of the three winners, one came – Tatiana Čumríková (first from the left in the photo): "I started going to the gym, in winter it is probably the best choice. I like running, I've been running since June last year with Active life and I also ran a 5 km route at our company sports games. This run also had a great organization, which I want to praise. I am very pleased that a fit ball is part of my win. I'll probably take it to work, it's a great tool to improve posture. I will also lend it to my colleagues, so that they can also "sit".
Erika Felšöciová received the main prize at the meeting - all the exercise equipment that we gave away in the previous rounds and also a quarterly pass to the fitness center. Erika also has a very warm relationship with movement and sports. Her favorite activities are hiking and running. She ran the longest route last year at LŠH – 10 km: "I've also been going to the gym for over a year, because strength training is also important. I will definitely use the winnings and use them at home. Whether it's a fit ball or a balance board, which is very good for maintaining balance."
Ján Lipták and Tomáš Husár will receive their awards in the coming days.
How did you answer
Fit facts with Sylvia had a very good response on X App. More than 600 colleagues participated in five rounds, 16 of them were awarded with various exercise aids. The author of the column, Sylvia Hušková, not only professionally, but also very humorously dealt with topics and ideas on how to exercise in the office, gave good advice on exercise for lazy people, as well as for those who have problems with knees. From the surveys that were part of each article, we learned that:
Most of them work out in the office.
More than half do not like the foam roller.
Almost all of them jumped rope in childhood.
More than half had to seek professional help due to a sore knee.
More than half use a fit ball when exercising.
Mission accomplished
What did working on this column give Sylvia and what did it take away? "I want to thank you for the opportunity to contribute my articles to the X App. It didn't take a minute of energy that I would regret. On the contrary, it gave me the opportunity to show that training is not only extreme and hard work, but also humor and perspective. If I brightened up someone's day, or just kicked motivation a little, it was worth it. Mission accomplished."
