Last Friday, there were more diners than usual in the dining room at IMD. There I met several people who are commonly seen in the dining room in the Entrance Area.
The reason was clear. The kitchen was hosted by the famous chef Marek Ort, who not only cooked a very tasty dish, but also served it himself. So many took the opportunity to talk to him or take a picture together. TV programs about cooking, and especially those with well-known chefs, seem to have a decent viewership even among the employees of our establishment.
"I'm here with you for the first time and I'll be happy to come another time if you invite me. I like to go east. I have no problem taking pictures with people. They come to me even after lunch to share if they liked the food on the plate looked nice... I find it common for people to reach out to me, even on holiday in Croatia. My favourite recipes are traditional Czech dishes adapted to a modern style," said Marek Ort.
Well, I can only confirm that roasted chicken leg in the manner of pheasant, roasted root vegetables and potato noodles with smoked paprika and bacon tasted great.
