Employees are going to exhibit again in the Gallery



Kosice, October 31, 2005 - Five years ago the American corporation U. S. Steel had entered Kosice ironworks. It has established successfully and quickly ranked among the most important companies of the country. The painting exhibition under the characteristic title U. S. Steel Kosice 2000 - 2005 is dedicated to the first round anniversary of the firm operation in Slovakia. Works depicting ironworks and various ironworks views were originated by employees during the Painterly Open Air in Medzev. The participants in this, beside remarkable artistic personalities, were winners of the employees' creativity competition evaluated in June. Employees' paintings are going to be exhibited in U. S. Steel Kosice Gallery, which had originated in May 2004 and has welcomed until now more than 3 700 visitors. Many artists as well as employees have presented their works in this gallery. Many artistic genres, techniques and materials have found place there. The paintings exhibition on the occasion of 5th anniversary of U. S. Steel Kosice operation in Slovakia is 16th gallery exhibition.

An opening of exhibits is going to take place at 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2005. The exhibition lasts until December 2, 2005 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on working days.
