This year too, USSK has joined in with the other companies making up the United States Steel Corporation by holding the 11th edition of the annual Week of Ethics and Maintaining Principles. From November 8 to 12, employees received e-mails and video messages from the highest representatives of the Corporation and took part in online training sessions concerning the revised Code of Ethical Conduct, including the issue of sexual harassment, in order to reinforce our common commitment to “Do the Right Thing”.

During this week another video was distributed regarding the procedure for lodging notifications on the Ethics Hotline. At the same time, Ethics Week saw the start of the process of annual certification which involves all employees of the Company and its subsidiaries in familiarizing themselves with selected Principles in the Company’s Code of Ethical Conduct, and confirming their undertaking to maintain them.
