INSTRUCTIONS
New Contractor Employees (New Access Pass)
Effective May 11, 2026 is contractor company obliged to provide new employees with Cardinal Rules - Programs for life-threatening situations training, based on the training material available on this page as well as the documentation published in the PARS application.
All new contractor employees (new Access pass) will have to verify their knowledge of USSK (Cardinal rules) regulations in person, on the basis of valid identity documents (Identity card, Passport) in the training room (in the Public relations AB building at the Main Entrance building, google maps) prior the plant access ID Card is issued.
The test room is accessible from 7.30AM to 1.00PM on weekdays.
Mandatory Fire Training for new contractor employees, to whom the IDK has been issued, will take place in the premises of Plant Fire Department (ZHU, google maps) on weekdays from 10:30AM to 11:30AM. New employees must complete the training no later than the next working day after the IDK is issued, otherwise the IDK will be blocked.
A new employee must not perform any work for USSK prior to completing Fire training. In the event of a violation, it will be considered a violation of USSK Work Order and GTC.

Trainings for contractors
(with IDK USSK)
Supplier is obliged to provide training and on-line testing of his employees whose validity of the Cardinal Rules – Life Threatening Programs training will soon expire. He will provide training using E - LEARNING and link to on-line testingwhich is available on this page. After testing, the employee will obtain confirmation email with test result that he shall keep for the purpose of verification. Test results will be recorded into PS Frontier by propriate USSK employee.
